Shumai Wrapped in Cabbage

Make them healthier by wrapping in cabbage☆
How about it for bento?

Ingredients(2 servings)

Cabbage
3 leaves
Pork mince
200 g
Chopped Japanese leek
1/2
Juiced ginger, sake, katakuriko?
1 teaspoon each
Salt and pepper
As needed
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

Boil the cabbage. Chop each leaf into fourths. Mix all ingredients for the shumai filling with your hands and divide into 12 portions.

Wrap the filling around with cabbage, and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for about 7 to 8 minutes at 500W.

Ready to serve♪
